OptisourceAI exists because most organisations now have AI in several places but not yet as a coordinated capability. We help leadership teams change that.
Who we are
OptisourceAI is the enterprise AI strategy and transformation business of Optisource Technology, a UK-based technology group working across software development, AI engineering and cybersecurity.
We provide strategic consulting, enterprise architecture, AI implementation and ongoing AI operations. Our approach, the Optisource Enterprise Intelligence Framework, is grounded in systems thinking: the enterprise is treated as a system of interdependent functions that exchange governed information to pursue shared objectives.
We are starting in Nigeria, with wider African expansion planned.
